1. The rude service. We tried to order food but no-one helped me. After we asked someone if I can place an order, they told the cheff in the kitchen to take our order. The cheff then shouted at us from the kitchen and asked what we wanted to order... Instead of coming to the counter to serve us like customers of even human beings for that matter. She expected us to shout our order into the kitchen like some barbaric fool. As a human being I consider this to be very unprofessional and rude. But as a customer I was discusted and disappointed. After she gave us our food, she didn't greet, nor thank us or even reply when we said thank you. 2. The food was of horrible standard. I ordered a toasted ham and cheese. It takes a very special kind of vindictive to ruin a Toasted ham and cheese. There was barely any cheese, and the little there was, was smack in the middle and left the bread as soon as she cut the bread. There was more Mayonnaise in there than on a Chicken mayo pizza and the ham was hard, dry and not even cut through. The bread was dry and unbalanced thick. 3. I allways buy my petrol at this station, because it's convenient. And the petrol attendees are allways very helpful and friendly.. But what happened in the shop was unacceptable from any standart of business, customer OR human. I'm offended by the service I recieved here and I'll be going some place else from now on.

This place is insulting. Every time I visit, the workers make me feel unwelcome by uttering mean slurs and insults. They shout at me from a distance and then laugh together when they see me looking confused at who the person is. I am sorry cashiers, you are always nice but the actions of the people who throw in the petrol is unacceptable and is giving the establishment a bad name. I was just there again and it happened again. I tried talking to the manager in the past but it seems that it had no effect. Rather use Engen or Shell, the people are always friendly and helps with a smile. Being nice and treating people with respect and dignity doesn’t cost anything!!

Wow wow wow what an amazing expierence!!!! William 2 assisted us not only did he make us aware of a nail in our tyre and plugged it he also blew the dust off our engine while checking water and oil levels all in super fast time. Best service ever!!!!!!!

I’m a third year student in Potch and today I am fed up with the horrible service in the shop and the rude attitudes of the cashiers. Especially the young, short lady doing taking the payments for the pumps. I’ve been going to this garage for two and a half yearsonly because it is closest to my flat and don’t remember a time where my time wasn’t purposely wasted or even greeted decently. From now on I’ll rather walk or drive the extra mile to somewhere else.

Very bad experience, owner please investigate. I will never set my foot nor my car in that garage 12/04/2019 around 1 o'clock your workers robbed me together with their manager.I payed for petrol that was not poured in my car.I will continue to name and shame ur garage and staff until justice is done.ur worker isiah and manager.he was not wearing name tag.I confronted him but he didn't help he even covered for his worker n wen I asked for prove they produced two different till slips with different information

Staff is always friendly, also the shop is great. The shop is a great place to buy food or drinks if you have to study late as it is always open. If you are hungry, try a hotdog with extra cheese and bacon. The kampus burger is also pretty good.
