Total - Kingsway

I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE POUR PETROL AT KINGSWAY PETROL STATION. I put 200 petrol in my car when i left the gauge was still the same. They told me to drive few kilo metres then it will go up, i did that but nothing happened. When i went back i had to demand, fight to speak to a manager. An hour later some lady came to assist me after using my airtime to call the so called manager. She said i should point where exactly my gauge will be after putting 200 petrol which i did and she poured another 200 to see what was wrong and my gauge moved to quarter full and i had to pay for that 200 again. I've used Shell, Engen, Bp but ive never had such problem but as for Total, kea leboga shweeem dankie I WILL NEVER EVER POUR PETROL AT TOTAL.

Been using this Garage for 6 years as it is close to home. After trying to pop in at the shop at 21h00 and being told garage closes at 20h00 since they opened and then being yelled at and chased away when they were told it is not true... Will not do shopping or fill our cars there anymore.

Like I said I have reported the matter at total kingsway, total customer care and the people who were handling my matter were Thys Kruger and Stephanie Chetty they offered no help but only racist threats and I felt belittled as a customer, as if they are not responsible, I wonder how they even sleep at night having done something like this to me they are heartless and they are looking down upon me because of my skin colour and gender, clearly Consumer protection act is known knows and also not being emplemented. Poor service and no customer care, the petrol attendant didn’t close the water cap on my car and caused my car to overheat, the manager thys is denying responsibility, and I had to repair the car with my own money, they don’t know how to treat customers and I feel they are racist, I won’t recommend any one to go to total kingsway, they broke my car,
