Total Mooikloof

11th April 2023 I poured R200 worth of petrol nd I was on one bar till now it’s not showing , I don’t knw if the guy just poured air or wht ? I even asked him , I mean this is so painful

A star is simply a way to allow me to write my experience, otherwise there was no service there to classify. Last month 11/06 @ around 18:00, after washing a rented car to be dropped off, as I was driving on to the fueling bay a petrol attendant his name is Willy or Thomas, don't recall which of the two is the supervisor, the person in quest was a tall guy. This guy would move from the front of the bay even though he could see I was trying to get on to the bay...any eventually I got on to the bay and the guy rudely just decides for himself to put unblinded 95, and I was driving Renault Kwid, he claims I did, He didn't even great me or address did not even close to how I could of told him. Any way and he had a really aggressive attitude, almost has if he wanted to be physically I feel really bad as I was with my son in the car and that was not the kind image I wanted to portray in front of my son. Even after I spoke to his supervisor he just had no regard for me or his supervisor. I found in my experience in Gauteng is that most often if the supervisor/manager his an African person like the personal in question they tend not to be respected...which is what transpired. Before, writing this comment I phoned "Total" customer care line the call center personal was not even helpful at all...So much for customer service.

I went there today and filling R80 so that I can get to Mamelodi, I was stuck within 12kilos from there. Renault kwid I pour R100 then I travel 70kilos. Only God knows what the attendant did. That is my work area BUT I will never use that station ever again. 23/05/2022

Horrible experience. Horrendous service!! The attendant didn't even close my car's petrol cap. Just walked away. Other's just stood there. Pathetic service. Got out and closed my own petrol cap. Staff are rude and annoyed. I asked the attendant to check my oil and water - never happened!!

I am a regular customer at this fuel station for some time now but today2020/06/02 time around 3pm I was very disappointed by your employee... VERY BOLD. We were in line to pour petrol and the was a que due to the petrol increase. I got a chance to be attended by one of your employees. Next to us was a pump that was not functional and cones were put there. One of your employees VERY BOLD.... calls another vehicle that’s standing in line to fuel up next to us and removes the cones. He takes out the fuel pump 95 octanefrom my side to refuel the vehicle he just called up and I’m also waiting for my car to get fueled up and I’m informing him that I was the 1st. And waiting to be assisted . He ignored me and looked at me funny, and assisted the vehicle he called up. I want to find out if this is the kind of service TOTAL MOOIKLOOF provides. Are we classified different at your fuel station?? The was another vehicle behind the vehicle he was helping and refused to assist that customer, he even put the cones back. Is this the kind of service your employees provides to us??? This employee needs to learn how to treat each and every customer with respect. Distasteful service!!! You can look at your cameras to verify this...

I went there Today to pour petrol, after pouring I asked the attendant to check my oil & tyres for me, he responded asking me why I waited for him to finish pouring before asking him about the oil? He was annoyed and rude as a result we got into an altercation over his response. I decided to check for myself, only then he insisted helping. Worst experience, I stay here in Mooikloof but this is officially my least preferred filling station!

Service is outmost poor. We wait on a long queue and the car wash staff will be chatting in the middle of a wash. Literally, stop a hose pipe to chat and start again when the queue is long. I’m never making the mistake to “quickly” wash and go there. I’ll wash at Total wash Bedfordview.

Great service from the Manager/Owner today, I called to inquire about gas refill and he indicated that gas will arrive in an hour, 15 minutes after my call , he called and informed me that gas has arrived.

TERRIBLE experience at this petrol station! Rude staff, take forever to provide basic services, and have a "just don't care" attitude towards their customers. Will never set wheel in this place again!

This is my fourth time in recent weeks going to this filling station and noting that the attendants DO NOT WEAR MASKS!! There is a forecourt supervisor - whats his job? Next step is to set the police on them for non adherance to covid protocols whilst they are servicing hundreds of people daily - smh!
