Total N12 Potchefstroom

The total is fine but bonjour convenient store was a total rip. I paid R28 for a packet of Simba chips. I was so hungry they had no pies only sausage rolls cost R54 each.

I it's a good and safety place to wait for the bus I didn't get out to take pics

Vusited Saturday 14:00 29 Oct Toilet dirty. Bad smell. Water all over the floor. No cleaning staff in sight. And you have to pay for thus.

Clean place fast service,there is even a new mega car wash,forme it's the best in porch .

We are on a road trip and passed through Potchefstroom. We stopped at the Total to refuel and buy something for dinner. To our utmost disgust we were asked R2 to use the restroom. Really? We planned to fill up estimated R1200 fuel +dinner and then have to pay for the rest room. Great business senses to cheese off the customer. So we left.

Unfriendly staff, can't pay for petrol at the pump have to go in the store got inside wanted to swipe dischem card got told it must be swiped after I pay, paid then got told she forgot to swipe dischem card. Toilets have a foul smell.

Upon a first glance this looks like a nice place to stop but it really isn't worth the effort. Some of the employees come across rude the way they enforce rules which I noticed with another customer after she parked. With food already being this expensive practically R40 for a sausage roll and very little to choose from, having to pay to use the bathroom is a little excessive. I stopped at the total when it was still free to use the loo but the last time I was there, paying turnstiles were being built and I just stopped seeing the the point in stopping here.

I would rate this 0 if I could. Got screamed at and chased out by the owner for accidentally walking into the shop with some dirt underneath my shoes and "messing up the shop". This could have been easily cleaned. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Extremely rude. Everytime we stop here there is always a problem. This is the third time we have stopped here. The first timw employee told me and another woman with our dogs to leave even though we we’re standing across the street. The second time we stopped here the employee was impatient and rude. The third time we stopped here my mother was standing with our dog across the street and yet again a Total employee came to her and told her she is not allowed to stand there and was extremely impatient and rude. To anyone considering stopping here I would strongly suggest not to waste their time here and rather drive to the other garages down the street.

I stopped there before work because it's on my way to work I waited by the pump for atlist 20 minute then they told me it's a shift chance I must wait longer I left without out filling up I will tell everyone that ask to avoid that filling station very bad service I will rate it a 0 I will never go back To even make it even more terrible all the petrol attendants is standing in the sun and not willing to help you terrible service 0 rating
