Total On Ridge

We always buy hotdrinks at Mug and Bean at your garage, Total on Ridge. We use discovery vouchers that normally covers the price of a serious cappuchino. Suddenly after 2years of being covered for R42 per Serious Cappuchino now we only get R33 off. If I go to any other Mug and Bean I get the full amount of R42 off. Not sure why your mug and bean is different than other Mug and Bean shops suddenly

Disappointed. I am Vegetarian. Came through to your Mugg and Bean on the move and ordered a potato filler and sandwich. I asked for a pastrami, caramelised onion and cheddar. Asked twice if it was possible to leave out the pastrami as I wanted a veg option. was assured that it could be done. Pastrami was left in. Also the filler was left out the bag and i had to return to the store for it. Two items, Two mistakes. And one was serious. If someone asks for an exclusive due to allergy for example, this mistake could have proven to be a costly one. Please ask the staff to be a little more careful Also i would have handled this telephonically if someone answered my many calls

Very disappointing! I've been coming here for over 25 years and live just up the road. Today I was sold the wrong oil for my bike after being assured it was the correct oil that I'd asked forpetrol station owners should know what products they are selling to which I was given stories about it as I'd opened it myself and didn't expect the attendant to put oil in my own bike...I had the same story at one other petrol station before with the managers apologizing and refunding me..I am on a bike,where do I put the oil firstly? On my head? Secondly the blatant attitude towards the situation was nothing less than BELOW standard from TOTAL! So I disposed of the oil and went on my way with R70 thrown down the drain..I vow to never step foot on this property again! I'd give -5 stars if it was an option! Customer satisfaction not met! Moral of the story,go to Midas or any other petrol station for that matter,one petrol station even opened it to just make sure before I bought it so Engen garage is now my go to.as for the attendant he was 100% awesome and helpful.Thank you Leeroy! While I am here I see that they respond to good responses but have nothing to say to those they have done wrong to....disgraceful to the total franchise....I'll make sure my family avoids all of these thanks to one Oh and the coffee is only good cause its a mug and bean...they have a high standard of service delivery

Today my sister and I stopped there for lunch. Total is my garage- I always fill up there and shop at the shop. Having Mugg and Bean is an added bonus for me as I love coffee. Today we ordered the chicken and mayo best ever and the pastrami and cheese with our coffees. The food was delicious. I would have loved to give you 5 stars but unfortunately today I cannot... My sister placed her order at the counter and when she received her coffee another young boy stood next to her, spoke over her and the coffee and placed his order. His friends were also around him. When she politely asked him to please move he decided with his friends to mock her!!! Oh best part - he walked in without a mask on.... I was quite disappointed as last week the same thing happened...a guy walked in no mask and proceeded to scream and talk. When I mentioned it to your staff they didnt do anything about it. Like I said above I am always at the Total on Ridge. Your attendants on the forecourt are fantastic, friendly guys. Your service staff in the shop are great, friendly and polite. They just need to be more firm with implementing the rules during this current climate. Please do better. Thank you Anisa

The car wash was a very pleasant experience. My car looked really good after the wash.

Always great service. Coffee is amazing. The extra shot of espresso as an add-on shouldn't be that costly, especially if it's added to an americano. The freshly baked products are delicious as well. The M&B iced smoothies and milkshakes are awesome as well. Attendants and staff are very professional. If the attendants are busy, you find 'lovely folk', hooting or shouting to gain their attention. I can only imagine how they would survive riding a house or camel. Keep up the great work. The area around the seating area needs to have a better drainage system in place.

DO NOT Fill up here. There credit card machine is faulty and they force you to pay again. Then they make you run around to get your money back from the double payment. Now they are denying it happened, even though the double transation is showing on my account. Shame on them, I will never use this station again.

Popped in to get something to snack and drink. Most items had no pricetag, only to find out how expensive some common stuff was eg: Coke was over R30........ I recommend if you dont mind paying a unwarranted premium. Not sure id go back there again.
