Town Lodge - Midrand Hotel

I was so disappointed by the food service we got as their clients. The supervisor Buyi was not friendly at all along with the night staff. Lunch served was improper for adults on top of it all “dinner buffet “ was very limited and majority of us were not even full yet our company paid for our stay??? Staff saying food is finished but yet was reserved for their staff..... Their rooms are on standard.

Such a great place to stay it, I'd book in it over and over again. All was good, no complaints what so ever .

The company booked us there ..however the kitchen staff n the Supervisor By the name of Buyi they kept the food for themselves n for their staff n everything was monitored like hawk which I feel like it's unfair the food was allocated to our staff it was supposed to be a buffer on dinner ..but wow & the company paid for our lunch as well but guess what we provided a stupid roll with water !!! Disgusting service ever then when we asked why is this happening the supervisor Buyi had an attitude towards us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting service especially night staff

AVOID , Bad service ! I wanted to check out afternoon , but they FORCED me to check out by 11 am , even though I explained to the manager my need to check out later I felt been kicked out , and staff was careless ! Rooms super tight and toilet have no shampoo/conditioner, just soap !! NEVER AGAIN !!

2 star hotel. Stayed for 24 nights due to business trip. Breakfast was ok for me considering i have different taste. I see many people having breakfast so it should be ok. In some old comments I see in the past there was no dinner but they serve now. 3 different salads, hamburgers, 5 different pizzas, 5 main dishes. It serves different tastes. Friendly staff and management. Always helpful. No small refrigerators at rooms on standard. Check with management if they can allocate a small refrigerator to room. They have several at hand. Very near to several attraction points. Security is good enough. I am not expert on this area but have not seen any missing point.

Room and facility is good especially for a 2 Star. The restaurant service is terrible though. Food takes very long, waitering service is slow. Not the place to expect swift dinner after a long road. I must add, this is unique to Midrand Town Lodge. I've been to many others and enjoyed my stay and food. Second time experiencing this, definitely my last stay here.
