Yesterday 11 Jan 2023. I was standing outside of Clicks store in Grassy Park. The delivery guy greeted me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't greet him back. He then spoke in another language to the security at clicks about me and I could somewhat understand. I approached the security guard who confirmed that he spoke about me as he is interested in me. I said I am not interested and I will have it escalated. As the security at clicks tells him this he laughs gives me an inappropriate look and smiles which made me feel uncomfortable as if he was undressing me with my eyes. Is this the type of men you have doing deliveries for you. It was not the driver of the vehicle the passenger.
Transpharm has ignored POPIA and have changed my email address without my written consent or permission thereby infringing on my personal information. They said they would investigate it and let me know why that has happened. I have also sent follow up emails but have had no response. It has been more than a month now and the email address has still not been corrected. I have spoken to numerous people without success. These people include Elsie Breedt, Yolanda Bezuidenhout, Martie Koeleman. There seems to be no form of efficiency or accountability when dealing with the administrative side of Transpharm. This is very dissappointing.
Transpharm is a medical wholesaler offering free deliveries to their customers. Customer service is of a high caliber with efficient friendly staff willing to assist.
Disappointed. Poor communication really disappointed
