I requested for an invoice for a cruise in Durban. Michelle assisted and I made payment only to find out that although the itinerary stated a cruise to Durban - it’s actually heading to CapeTown which I found out from the MSC Cruise line.  I’ve requested for a refund and was told it would take 90 days. I think that is unacceptable as it was no fault of mine that they made an error.  I spoke to Elmien Viljoen the branch manager and disappointment is what I felt. Yes she is trying her best but that provided no comfort. Fix the problem and tell me how you going to rectify the error caused by your team. Take ownership!

This review is simply due to Michelle Streicher @ Pentravel Menlyn park. From the first day i enquired to the last few days of my trip, with all my ups and downs, all my cancellations and changes she was amazing, patient, friendly, so helpful. I mean she was always only too happy to help. Pentravel, you guys have a super star ***** she is a brilliant sales agent, and really an asset to your company. Michelle have a great 2023 !!

Absolutely exceptional service received. Our booking agent at this branch was Karien De Villiers.  With varying travel conditions across the globe due to the pandemic over and above the normal..., Karien's service gave us peace of mind in planning for our recent international trip.  Great turn around time with feedback, accommodating my multiple quote requests, and giving us friendly reminders of the important "to do's" ahead of the trip.  Oh... not forgetting insights on best suited Airliner from the options that were available... and informing us of flight time changes on the return, before the Airliner did itself.  Thank you Karien

I have never been to their actual premises, but honestly i didn't need to! I planned my honeymoon through Pentravel and dealt with Karien and Amy. They were both so wonderful and accommodating. They were super patient and understanding and always helpful when I needed something. Would 100% use Amy and Karien for help in the future!

Booked trip in April 2018 for December 2018 trip. Complied with all requirements timeously as we were requested to do. We get told in December that our documents are now not acceptable by the airline. Why do we spend a fortune by going through a Travel Agent?
