Supposed to click on a star for a review. But TWF doesn't deserve a star. Traveled for almost 7 hours to a hotel just to wait for now 2+ hours for TWF to pay the hotel. We are 4 people with the same situation. Terrible experience and not the 1st time it is happening

I used to work with a team of travel agents in the Department of Agriculture, under team leader Betty. I miss the superb service and also, my at work family. Seth, Lebogang, Tsakani, Kamogelo, Vusie and Priscilla and anyone I missed. All of you were very efficient and professional. I miss you guys a lot.

Not very efficient and helpful should there be any queries or bookings which might need more attention than the usual. Does not pay their service providers on time.

Very disappointed with their service and professionalism. Every time when I make a request for a quotation, they take their time and rude over the phone.

Most unprofessional service I have ever experience with a company to make payments. They cannot even talk properly over the phone. Hundreds of excuses

They are good customers if you are running in the accommodation industry, but they are very difficult when it comes to payment. Have to wait +- 2-3months before finalizing payment. Quick to make a booking , but struggle to get payment from them. Especially with small companies, they can't carry the the costs of R 50 000 - R 100 000, this gives them a bad reputation, business a year ago has been fine, but now they are using their income to float their business, and therein letting small companies carry the burden of TWF.
