I have fallen in love with my wellness and I never want to stop! Trinergy Health and Fitness is an amazing Gym! Best trainers, super friendly atmosphere and they treat me just like family! This is my “go to” place to improve my mood, and strengthen my mind, body and soul… Every day!!! Every session is different and fun. The trainers really push, motivate and help me to exceed my limits and to achieve my goals. Highly recommended for all fitness lovers irrespective of what level you are at. Trinergy has offered me every tool possible to build my best life.

Great gym. Modern and well maintained equipment, excellent facilities. Friendly staff. A variety of fitness programs on offer with many Instructors, ranging from personal to class instruction. They have an inhouse health food store as well, that's worth checking out.

Have you ever signed up for a gym contract and have regrets after? This gym is not clean as they claim to be. The lockers inside, ladies toilets are filthy. The glass doors i.e reception area, revolving exit and spinning studio door has fingerprints and COVID is not over. The spinning bikes aren't that clean. Some equipments is old loose and worn out especially at Diva area. I've been with Virgin Active for 30 years, the best being Red and Bedfordview for cleanliness. The one star is for the spinning bikes, still new and I love using it.

Trinergy Gym Northmead, worse experience ever... Where you are told and forced to leave because your membership time is not in accordance with the Owner..I am pretty sure if you are the same skin colour as the owner there would be No problem going over the time limit. This gym is the pits, the attitude of certain staff Members stink, disgusting to say the least.. Its like they doing you a favour by working there...

Have you ever regretted signing a gym membership contract? Trinergy Health & Fitness is extremely filthy. The training carpets in the cardio area have a sweaty odour. After training there for a year, I have yet to see someone clean the ladies' restroom. It is so filthy that you wouldn't even want to leave your luggage on the seat area. When using the treadmill to exercise, you can see the dust on the window sills. Not to be impolite, but after working out at Virgin Active Red, they frequently had representatives from the cleanliness and health departments visit to assess them. This gym is really revolting, and it will never pass health inspections. The personal trainers take over the entire workout space and leave their bags on the equipment for more than minutes 15 without utilizing it,  making it difficult for you to exercise. When you try to terminate your membership, the staff behaves rudely and adds additional fees that wasn't discussed when signing up for the membership.

Excellent atmosphere, great equipment, friendly people all around, from the owner Ryan to customers and the staff. I will recommend this gym to everyone.

It's a very nice gym I have been gaming there for a half a year and this place always treats my with respect and manners a nice gym 5 star rating for them

Hands down , the best choice I’ve made training at Trinergy . Staff here is incredibly friendly. Very well organized gym . The overall vibe is great and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Would highly recommend !
