Truworths Vaal Mall Beauty department, there's a lady by the of Seipati,oh my goodness such a beautiful soul. Ausi Seipati helped me out as I was so worried about which make-up to use, she was there, gave 110% customer service and I am super happy with the products she referred!!

Poor service delivery. There’s always a few tellers available every time I shop here. The last I went there were only 3/10. The que moves slowly unnecessarily!! People who assist with phone sales are rarely at their position.

I wish they can bring more and fresh new design in jeansmens more like Refinery & TFG Store

As I entered the store the security ladies said stuff abt me thinking I don't understand their language only bcs I was wearing an Islamic attire with my hijjab on. I was so disappointed but I ddnt say anything I just made them aware I understood them. Pls Truworths teach all your staff not to gossip abt customers cos some ppl really go through depression n things like that cld be a huge setback to them as they battle with depression.

Shop pleasant environment to be in. Clean , friendly service and most importantly a vast variety of clothes to suit any individual style!

The staff are friendly and you get some discounts if you shop regularly, this is a good place to by closing not just for women but also men.
