Their staff at the buffet breakfast are so friendly and helpful. Everything on the buffet is soooo delicious . Buffet is served daily whether you're a guest or not, and the price is very affordable.Service: 5/5

I’ve stayed here 4 times now. I only once had an uncomfortable situation but overall I can say the place is lovely and well kept with pristine gardens and it’s so cute when the bokkies come past in the morning. Units 1-9 are far away from traffic noise so if you’re a light sleeper ask to book one of those units rather. The chalets are spacious and gorgeous, each with its own patio and braai area which is comfortable when wanting some space. The outdoor shower is great for summer showers cause this place can easily reach over 40 degree heat and then you want to cool down! The breakfast is also a wonderful treat, they made something especially for me being vegetarian too, which I appreciated very much. I love the toiletries bag you get in the rooms. It contains ear buds, a nail file and a hair band! I mean wow. Their washing powder is also lovely, I find the linen and towels quite fragrant and inviting when entering the room. They’re also kind enough to let you know if you’ve left things behind and phone you to tell you. Value for money. Please don’t change that aspect of yourselves, it’s what sets you apart.

Our family had a birthday celebration on Sunday 6 February at Tshahitsi Lodge in Upington. It was our daughter's birthday and we started a wonderful day with breakfast at the Lodge. The service was great and the kids enjoyed themselves. This lodge is a fine example of the splendor Upington can offer the visitor from abroad as well in the country. The lodge offers fine accommodation and is really a nice place to stay. It is safe,luxurious and beautiful: indeed a place worth visiting!!

Booked at room 13. I complaint this morning about the shower that is low and cold. They have said that they will send someone to come and look. Nobody show up. Second night without hot water in cold weather. Aircon is not working. No wifi. Nothing in place for power cuts. They respond on this review that they will contact me. They never contact me. As returning customers, we are use to better standards at this lodge. Not only is deterioration visible and quality declining, but unit 19 is not equipped for guests. You pay the same price but without comparable facilities as the rest of the units. When we arrived at 14h30, our unit was not ready, we had to ask for an extra towel only 2 towels available although we booked for 3 people, there was bloodstains on one pillowcase and the braai facility is sub-standard. Definitely not 4 star quality. Serious revamp needed.

This was really such a nice place to stay at. The staff were so friendly. The place was spotless and clean. This is real value for money. Will visit again.

The breakfast was filling. The staff was friendly. And the view is stunning. They still serve even during loadshedding. The food is very delicious.

Really one of the best overnight accommodation. Neat, pretty, homely. Loved the outside extra shower and that we could Wark inside to restaurant next door. Braai stoep was so cosy.Rooms: 5/5

Really nice place to stay and switch off. Springbok roaming the grounds in between the chalets which adds a welcome view when sitting out on the deck relaxing. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean. Has indoor and outdoor showers. Only downside is that it is situated on the N14 so you do from time to time hear the big trucks drive past.
