Products is bad quality and no care about customers needs. Bought a RO system. After installation one of the pipes was leaking I replaced it myself. The system didn`t perform as per specs. Asked if I can exchange for bigger system and was told NO was willing to pay for new filters, it must be installation problem. Keep in mind it was one inlet pipe, one outlet pipe and a drain pipe?

I went to Puritech, I met the team there they all friendly and professional, mostly the guy who later became my sales representative, Isaac. Keep up the good work bra, your professionalism, I even thought u have shares in the company

When they were young and still in the kiddies shoes, they knew you by name and walked the extra mile, now they are big, old and walk an inch... you are only a number now...if I were a new customer I would give them a ONE star, but since I am not two will do for now till they proof me wrong.

ADDITION ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW 17/03/2023 THEY ARE THE WORST SCAMMERS!!!! IT GETS WORSE FROM ALL OF THEM PLAYING BLAME GAME ON EACH OTHER THAT OFFICE WANTS TO SCAME ME FURTHER!!! 1. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR WATER TEST WHICH WERE FRAUDULANT WHICH WAS A COPY AND PASTE FOR 4 DIFFERENT BOREHOLES COSTING R10 000.00. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND BACK THE 10K. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY TEST THE WATER AND JUST THUMBSUCK TEST RESULTS. 2. THEIR PUMP IS NOT WORKING ON MY BOREHOLE THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR FUEL WHILE ITS NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS HAVING THEIR PUMP.... 3. THE DISHOONESTY IS DISGUSTING!!! WHEN THE MD IS NOT AROUND MY CLIENTS A WHOLE COMMUNITY MUST NOT HAVE WATER BECAUSE THE DECISION MAKER IS NOT THERE AS IF THEY CAN'T CALL HIM TO AUTHORISE?? 4. COMPANY THAT LACKS HUMANITY AND ALL THEY WANT IS TO MILK CUSTOMERS MONEY THROUGH THEIR BIGGEST STUPIDE SCAMMING TRICKS!! I WILL KEEP EXPOSING YOU AND AM GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER!!! 15/02/2023 THEY HAVE THE WORST BAD SERVICE AND THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! Their technicians are arrogant arrive for installation 4 hours later than the proposed installation time!! They cover each other with lies!! The worst purification company I ever worked with. The so-called MD doesn’t pick up calls or even address complaints!! It’s a whole bad service!! I will not recommend them to anyone very unprofessional.

Poor service. A sales person followed up with me several times for a machine, once i purchased it he made me wait over a month for delivery. Terrible after service, I've had several issues and they have never sent out a tech to assist. Even had a float switch broken within warranty and they did not replace it.
