Do not rent residential space from them. I can list multiple reasons, but to sum it all up they almost never return your deposit and refuse to cover any maintenance cost like replacing an aged geyser thermostat that randomly stopped working is now my responsibility to fix?.

Visited Diabetes SA and what an experience! Even though I pitched on the day that they were moving things around in the office, they never lost they composure. The ladies were knowledgeable and very helpful. They do such a lot with the bare minimal! However, that does not deter them from rendering such an important service. Well done ladies! It was an absolute pleasure to visit your office.

Building is really in bad shape and needs serious attention. Lifts are a danger to people and tenants. The bathrooms are in sanely dirty and wouldn’t say you have a full time cleaning staff. Also the carbon burning smell is a serious health hazard and should demand your urgent attention. Incidents like the excessive consumption of alcohol will deter any tenants prospective business the building will definitely not see me anytime soon. I feel sorry for businesses that rent here.

Tulbagh Centre is one of those old seventies buildings in Cape Town that has lost its appeal and has surpassed it's sell by date by a couple of decades. The owners should seriously consider an update and revamp of such an old building. Cape Town has moved on already.

Well situated office block conveniently located in the foreshore. Amazingly priced office for professionals who wants their own company office. Easy accessible for paraplegics visitors which is a plus .

Old lifts that regularly get stuck, access is not controlled, floors look abandoned, the toilets are horrible probably gets cleaned once every week.
