What can I say? There is not another company in RSA so quality and service driven as TurboDirect. Chris, Mike, guys, the two Range Rover turbochargers you did for me was the absolute best work I have seen in years! And the time to repair them was insignificant. I honestly did not think the secondary turbo could be rescued but your work is BLUE CHIP! You people can really be proud of youselves! RESPECT!

Yet again Chris and his team have risen to the occasion to go over and above in assisting me out of a time sensitive situation! Thank you Chris and Turbo Direct! Keep it up!

We would just like to thank you for incredible service and attention to detail. The previous company could not care less and refused to honor their warranty. @TurboDirect S.A. 's price was much more reasonable on a full repair and Chris ownerand Lana sales representative stayed in contact with us from the word go. Even when the gremlins struck Lana pulled all the stops to assist and deliver the needed parts 100 km away. This is the worst company you can buy a turbo from , Chris the owner refuse to assist his clients in a positive way, does not refund money even if the turbo he supplied is faulty, i suggest using another company, If i could post all his horrible emails and lack of business sense on here I would, i would 100% avoid buying from turbo direct, owner does not know how to speak to his clients and is absolutely rude I had to edit this review as you can see below from Chris's response you will notice how he will belittle any company to not drag his own name through the mud, please read other reviews you will notice that this company is worst than you thought, you not receive any technical assistance and he refuses to refund your money, i would suggest using another company, Now other than running my business i have to get the local ombudsman involved and RMI as this is by far the worst service you will receive from any company, One last point is that this company is in Denel's business premise's which is well secured and boomed off and you just cant get in to speak to anyone, and I now know why as Turbo direct clearly robs its customers and refuses to assist, if you are a major company or an individual please avoid dealing with these guys at any cost, I am small business looking to make an honest living and i did not expect to be treated this way, Chris is quick to blame even though I have it on record that is staff recognized there is a fault on the turbo which i have on email, but i would assume he would do just about anything not to refund or replace, Please read this before you think of purchasing from these guys!!!!! AS you will notice Chris states he repaired a turbo, when in actual fact i bought a new one from him, see he himself is confused!! waste of time and energy I tell you

This company deserves 0 stars as my 2 month interaction with them was pathetically appalling and a total waste. this is due to multiple reasons: -failure to deliver parts and services. -lack of communication from MD, who has a terrible attitude towards potential clients. -after 2 months of wasting my valuable time, MD cancels the upgrade which he promised to provide. I will not recommend anyone to choose turbodirerct to carry out any service as they fail to do so. There are many viable options out there with much better customer service and respect. I urge viewers to take this review seriously in order to save yourself time and disappointment!

If I could give this company a 0 stars I honestly would. A friend of mine has gone through absolute nightmares when it comes to service and general communication. His turbo was sent in last year November to see what could be done to fix/upgrade as his current turbo Internals were buggered, the company was pretty quick in saying that they won't be getting parts until January on this specific turbo and that we had to wait until then. During this time he lost his job due to not having a car the turbo being the issue and was obviously depressed as there was nothing he could do. Come January when business was up and running we find out via the company that they are unable to fix the turbo as Kia are the only ones who have the parts R63000.00 quote from Kia to replace At this time we have wasted nearly 45 days which he has not had his car for. We go to collect the turbo and take it back to our mechanic who was dumbfounded as to why they couldn't help. Our mechanic spoke with the owner about maybe putting in a different turbo and modifying everything around the turbo as that would be a way forward but the cost of that is too high and not an option 16k for a Gt28 and we obviously don't know how much more cash we needed to spend to make this conversion but it was too risky to run down that avenue. My friend tried a few times to sort something out with the company as we are not turbo specialists and just wanted a solution. We go to the company today because the owner had said that there is a way around this but he would not take our calls, only speaking to the mechanic which is terrible because my friend is the client, not the mechanic. We arrive with the turbo back a 3rd time might I add and wanted to just have a 5 minute chat with the owner to see what his opinion was but he refused to see us Stating that we must make an appointment even though we had called 3 hours prior asking to speak with him and getting a confirmation that he will call back in less than 30 minutes which never happened. The worst part of it all is that it seems like the owner just didn't care about us and our issue, instead choosing to sit on his ivory throne and have his employees help us even though they are the very ones who said that they can't fix it in the first place. Time, money, petrol and hope has been wasted on this place, I would advise others to stay clear and find someone else wanting to do business with you. FYI Chris, you are the owner, the face of the company and your attitude towards us was unacceptable and I'm so glad that we didn't end up doing any business with you. In response - - - Chris that is honestly a poor response but it's fine because it keeps up with your character. You don't have to know me for me to give a review of your company. On top of that look at majority of your reviews, terrible ones where they even name you for the exact same thing we have experienced. My friends name is Marcus and you know exactly what I am talking about. You can take it as false but we both know the truth or you truly don't know what is even happening in your own company which is just as bad.
