Tyremart team is great. I have been to other tyre places and I believe I have found a place to resolve all my wheel related issues. The service is fantastic from reception to the guys doing the fitment. To top it off, I had fitted my tyres previously with them and forgot my locknut and tool set, I thought I lost it at the carwash, and on bringing my car, I mentioned I lost my locknut and they advised that they will try to assist when I get there. They recognized me and asked if I was there previously to fit tyres and forgot my set, they kept it safe for me, I was so happy. Not only does Tyremart Midrand know what they are doing, they do it with passion and joy. I recommend and will continue to support Tyremart
Absolute Genius - Such Professionalism and Knowledge. They found the problem to be flat spots on my tyres. Which could have cost me a fortune, Bens assessed to be wheel bearings. Also found I had, been scammed on my spare wheel, with a dud from Ben's Auto. Thanks to Tyremart I'm roadworthy again.

Worst experience ever! I went to get my tyres changed and car balanced and aligned for long distance traveling. I had to slow drive from JHB to KZN. The alignment was way off, They sold me faulty tyres, I had the worst and most dangerous journey ever. I had to incure more expense to get the car realigned and the new front tyres switched for old ones to the back so that I can drive back for them to inspect them. Their code of conduct talks about putting safety first but they are so incompetent, they do not uphold that standard AT ALL!. I literally broke down there because of the amount of stress they had put me through. The manager and the whole stuff do not care about customer satisfaction and customer service. The alignment technician could not align a Kia Picanto. He did it more than 3 times and it kept on swerving side ways and the steering wheel was skewed. VERY VERY INCOMPETENT!!! In Summary, this is the worst place to get your tyres changed, staff is incompetent, manager has no care in the world, their equipment doesn't work properly and their tyres are faulty.

This Tyremart sells faulty tyres to women and take advantage of our lack of awareness about cars and tyres. They are crooks and do not care about the safety of customers. They will refuse to refund or replace faulty tyres, hide behind processes and force you to keep their faulty tyres. Their wheel alignment is the worst ever! My car was still swerving side ways and had a skewed steering wheel after returning to them several times to fix the same thing. They are very incompetent and inconsiderate. I went to change 2 tyres and align and I ended up doing several test drives because the tyres were off round and they kept on trying to convince me that they are fine. They finished my fuel and did not even refund me for additional expenses incurred due to their fault and incompetence. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
The service was decimally very poor, I wanted quotation for my work vehicle and personal vehicle, the guy could only give me for my work and refused to give for my personal car and said he would do for my personal when I come for the company tires, which is ridiculous and unprofessional.
Very helpful and efficient.
The owner quickly assisted me and recommended a great tyre that was on special. The place is huge with a great selection. I waited about 40 minutes in the waiting area for fitment, balancing and alignment and left a happy customer.
