Went there for a scan, me and my partner we had the worst medical service ever! First and for most the supposedly doctor if ever she is the doctor was very unprofessional you would swear she is a matric student. Our aim was to know How far due the pregnancy is, the health status of the baby and most importantly the gender but instead of getting answers we came back with even more questions!! Our R500 went down the drain!!
My experience was amazing at U-care for a second I forgot I was sick. The doctors are welcoming and friendly. Did I mention they are gay friendly? well they are super gay friendly and affordable too.
I just want to compliment the Dr that saw me yesterday for a consult and a sonar Uthando I think, what an excellent service rendered very informative and helpful. He took his time to attend to me &answered all my questions patiently. From reception and the entire team very friendly I want to say thank you !!thank you!! thank you!! keep up the great work. Parkstation fees are also very reasonable. Big Ups....
Amazing service, friendly staff and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be attended. I love that the doctors know their medical knowledge and they provide reasons for their diagnosis. I used to travel from Soweto to see a doctor. The only thing is there dietician is unreliable.
I went to this medical centre after having a nervous breakdown at work. When I got there I didn't have to make an appointment so it was understandable that it was first come first serve. They let me lay down in one of the rooms while I waited and nurse Matilda calmed me down and spoke with me for over an hour about what had caused the break down. When I saw the doctor didn't get his name he listened intently to the issues I was having, medicated me and then reffered me to a physciatrist. The receptionist Lerato then took the time to help me find a psychiatrist who was covered by my medical aid and would still be open during the holiday season and booked me for the day after next. I really appreciate the compassion and effort of the staff who helped me when I was in need.
Very reasonable service. It cost R 300 for a consultation with a doctor and that includes medicine and free follow up within a certain number of days. It is a walk in medical centre but the queues have not been long when I have visited. They also have a dentist. It cost me R 350 for the consult and then an extra R 150 so R 500 for a filling. They have other services there as well. You can also sign up for the "medical-aid" type plan where you buy consultations and other services in advance. There is a Dischem around the corner which means you can also easily get medicines they are unable to supply you. They are well placed being in park station upstairs which is accessible with Taxi, Gautrain, Rea Vaulta, Metro Bus and Train.
On the 27th October I went for a scan and was told I'm 19 weeks and 6 days and due date was 17 March. 5 weeks later which was Last week I was then told that I'm 22 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my due date is 4 April. This is all from one ultrasound scan. I'm not happy with the service I was rendered last week by Emma as the answers she gave based on the narrative above weren't making sense.
I went there with a friend. The nurses were friendly and the service was quick. We were both happy with it. I can recommend it to someone.
Honestly private clinics are becoming useless we pay to get referral and where we referred we pay again hai no man
Amazing service, the doctors are excellent. Did not wait long to be attended to. The clinic itself is very clean.
