Having shared my hiccup in treatment. It has been completely redeemed and dealt with in a professional and generous manner. I can highly recommend the Sound Therapy Treatment. Very unique and different.
Went for a floating session and this place couldn't really convince me. The floating itself was great. But the room with the tank in it felt a bit dirty and everything was wet presumably from the previous guest.
Walked in and I had a great leg/feet massage, just perfect for 30 weeks pregnant ! Will go back
Brought my mom for a spa treat and we both enjoyed the experience. We were greeted by the lovely therapist Pearl and received lovely fruit flavoured CBD water and and a drop CBD oil which made the floating in the pod so relaxing. Both Ncumisa and Pearl are lovely hosts and massage therapists and will definitely return soon. Thank you!
The medi-spa is a complimentary mixture of well-being
After a rough week, a massage was much-needed. Everything was perfect- I was received well at the building and proceeded to have an amazing massage. Staff are friendly and the facilities are beautiful. Will be back soon!

I’ve booked at Ubuntu wellness spa hoping to have a relaxed birthday treat with my mom, we got there 10 mins before our appointment and the receptionist/therapist was not expecting us, thus we had to explain why we were there. We were not offered a place to store our bags and clothes after changing to the provided robes. I was sitting in the lounge area with my clothes and bags in my hands. Only after asking for a place to store our personal belongings, then our clothes and bags were stored properly in a locked cupboard. I wish we were provided with disposable slippers, or we were told to bring our own. There was no non-slip mat in the shower, and I was concern for my elderly mother safety on a slippery surface. We did not get lunch, which was part of the package, we were given an option of collecting lunch ourselves which I found that to be absurd. We were there for over 4 hours and were not even offered a glass of ordinary tap water. It was disappointing for me that we are supporting this sector that is hugely affected by the covid lockdown and we get this mediocre service and Ubuntu wellness spa is not cheap.
