My fur babies receive the best care from the doctors and staff.I have never seen a dog happy to go to the vet but my fur baby just love going there.

Emergency number contacted with really pathetic advise given and with absolute no help offered our doggie passed away. That is not caring for animals. Why have an emergency number if it's pointless to phone in an emergency. It's a disgrace

The doctors themselves are friendly, caring and professional and they really do love the animals and take good care of them and they treat you with respect and like a beloved customer but the receptionists is so rude and unprofessional. I came to this vet twice and both times the two receptionists were extremely rude, they look at you like you are wearing their clothes and they treat you with such disrespect snatching the bank card from my hand. My mother told me she had a similar experience with them and my colleagues at work has also complained about the rude receptionists. I now travel to PE for a vet because I would rather pay the extra petrol then deal with those childish, rude and unmannered staff at the desk and with the price of petrol that says A LOT! I hope they vet can see that these women are a problem and replace them then it will be a 5 star veterinary clinic.

Dr Kruger, what a lovely doctor. He is caring and professional, his obnoxious and rude partner could take lessons from him. I can recommend dr Kruger but that other one will never get my recommendation, not even to my worst enemy!
