Locally owned and owner-operated daily, our brand started off as a collaboration of ideas and influences from around the globe, with a particular focus on a rising American trend towards the Casual Grillhouse.

We have taken this inspiration and run with it to create our very own signature brand and unique approach which we feel offers all the best bits of fun, flavour and creativity with none of the negative influences. A particular focus on freshness and quality of product when combined with a passionate and well trained team of staff has resulted in Union Square.

Being a young brand we are continually evolving and are excited to bring you along with us in this voyage of discovery. Our menu, now in its 4th Evolution, has grown to encompass an impressive selection of exclusive steaks, signature salads and one of the largest wine, beer and liqueur ranges on offer anywhere in the province.
