I had the pleasure of being at this Spur to celebrate my niece's birthday. Customer service here will blow your mind. We ordered our meals and as we were diving right in, Zinhle the manager comes by with 1 wing. Here I am confused why shes serving us this one wing, I actually thought its part of the birthday package since they know its my niece's birthday. She walks on over and says," ladies your wings were short with one" I have never,in all my life, seen such immaculate service. Thank you guys for this lovely service. The warm smiles and good laughs here and there. Penny, you took good care of us,you Rock mama. Food is amazing as always. Still serving the best ribs in town
My experience was excellent. I was met with pleasantries when my family and I walked in. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The waiter was proactive in anticipating when we required something. The managers on duty also checked up on us and assisted where required. The food was well prepared. Overall a well managed Spur restaurant.
Went to watch the Comrades finish and was there just after 10h00. Beautiful stadium and a great vibe. As someone from out of town wished for a few more signs or directions though.
It was amazing the waitress named Shez was the best her smile and friendlyness just made my day. Since it was my birthday.we didn't wait long for our order
Friendly received at the door, friendly staff and assisted me with my take out order immediately. Fast and efficient. Told me it will take around 15min to prepare and to be honest it was less than 15min, I and out did not wait. Great experience and will recommend them to anyone in the area for dining in or take outs.Food: 5/5
I had a business lunch on a Friday early afternoon. It had been a while since I visited Spur. I looked for the infamous Texan burger on the menu, which I had enjoyed in the past, and could not find it. Fortunately, after asking the waitress, it was still available! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was just as good as the last time. A secret menu perhaps... All in all good meals and service, although keep in mind spur is a family friendly restaurant, lots of kids = a little noisier for most.
Had a pleasant experience at this Spur, clean and good service. Food was great, only downside was that the chips are very oily and soft, not crispy as they used to be. Otherwise it was alright overall.
Nice big and open play area for the children, waiters are so polite, even the managers walk around and ask if we are okay, clean toilet and nappy change area, breastfeeding allowed. They even have a balcony smoking area. A TRUE FAMILY RESTUARANTFood: 5/5
I have just had the most amazing meal in a long time! Went to escape load shedding in my area. The staff are incredibly friendly, service is great and the food was super delicious! Thanks guys!!!
The food here is great. I often go here for breakfast, atmosphere is good, but it's situated in a noisy area and often when I go it's noisyfamily restaurant and even outside you hear a lot of cars. Otherwise I things it's a great restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from the parking lot to the top level, and flat floors.
