This was my second event using Warren and his team to cater for us. Once again a brilliant experience. Top class service and as expected the food was brilliant and at a fantastic price. No doubt The Imagination Box will continue to be my caterers of choice.
I have used them a few times with my events. Warren goes the extra mile with all of his events. Staff are excellent and food is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend.
So, I am not somebody who writes reviews or posts, and I already believe that great customer service and personal pride should be a given in any transaction, why else choose one company over another. However every now and then you experience something truly unique and remarkable that does require special mention. Such is the case with my experience in dealing with Warren and Imagination Box. For our baby shower my wife set out to have an experience, one that was more than the traditional celebration, something truly memorable for everyone. A big part of that experience was going to be fancier food than a typical event, so her choice in a highly recommended caterer was not a surprise. The surprise was in dealing with Warren Goncalves from Imagination Box. From the beginning he was fully engaged, he understood the brief and then just had value adds from beginning to end. He promised us a “story on a plate”, he promised us that we would be pleasantly surprised, and definitely not be left wanting... and then he just over delivered on everything. His attention to detail, and to our unique requirement, was truly refreshing. He works long hours as every client seems to gets this unique care and attention, and yet we still got quotes and changes on time and without any fuss. He personally delivered our order, and was very concerned with making sure my wife did indeed get everything she wanted from her very special food. I wish I could have an event every week to experience that again, but instead I will recommend Warren and his team to anybody who might listen. Everybody deserves an experience like this, just to remind us how things should be done. Warren is an artist, and an inspiration, as well as a credit to his profession.
An excellent choice for a private event, great food and great staff. Offers a good selection to cater from allowing the host/ess to relax and enjoy whilst your guests are taken care of. Professional and freshness was truly impressivegreat job guys, I look forward to our next function together!
The Imagination Box Catering Company is a great catering service where the team goes above and beyond to deliver what's needed. The food was beautifully made and extremely delicious, being a host of an event is never easy but having the Imagination Box Catering Company have my back and be there 24/7 to answer my questions made everything flow smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
A big shout out to Warren and The Imagination Box for the fabulous feast they gave us at my mother's special 90th birthday celebration. Everything was so tasty, fresh and beautifully presented.
I hosted a birthday lunch at my home and ordered a 3-course meal to be dropped off. Not only did Warren give me meaningful advice on what to serve, but he and his team were incredibly efficient, delivering the order on time, setting everything up and generally going way above what was expected. The food was well presented, ample and delicious. I will definitely use Imagination Box in future.
Thank you to Warren and team for making my Mom’s 60th Birthday a memorable one. The food was absolutely amazing, everyone really enjoyed it. Warren was very accommodating and his team is very professional. Will definitely use Imagination Box Catering again!
Firstly, I would like to thank Warren and his team for all the effort they made to help us with our Ford event. He came to me to make sure I understood the menu properly. He kept me updated and secondly I would like to thank him and the team for the lovely food, catering and waiters. I would defnitely recommend IBC to any one. Thank you so much. We had a great day with the best food.
