I am from Lesotho I bought a cinema lounge suite, while organizing transport to collect in bloemfontein I was surprised when I was told to collect them in Ladybrand five star service keep it up.

The customer service was excellent and it was a pleasure doing my couch shopping at UFO. Thank you Pearl and team for your great service. The couch is a stunner and I got exactly what I ordered. Will definitely return in the future.

Bought a dining Room suite, paid in full and paid delivery as well R600 ridiculous if you ask me considering I stay 2 kilometers from waterfront. I was told the dining room suite will arrive month and of April, today it's the 3rd May, when I call, I am told they will call me back but they didnt, now I ve been calling they are not answering their land line, I am so disappointed.

Great service and a much greater after service. To all the stuff working there I like to thank you because clearly your customer service is not all about sales but you make sure that we have an even greater service and experience afterwards. Thank you
