Great service Excellent quality products

What a negative and unpleasant experience. I visited the shop on 1 March 2022 at approx 14:00, made the trip specially with the idea of spending time browsing and possibly purchasing items after being referred to the shop by a client of mine. I enquired about a specific item, and the assistant told me it was right in front of me - which it wasn't, and once I described it she said it's sold out, as if it was a ridiculous thing I was asking about. She had such a negative and dismissive attitude and was just not in the mood to help me. It's a pity because it is a very nice shop with very beautiful items, but I do not want to go there again because if that is how your staff treats me before I am a client, I wonder how they'll treat me after I'm a client. Unfortunately I didn't see her name, but she stood behind the counter busy with whatever she was doing. if it's her personality, then put her at the back where she doesn't get to deal with clients and ruin your business's reputation.

I enjoy Volpes! The people who work are friendly en so helpful! They are so patient when I ask different products show me around with great help. Products are of excellent value and prices in range thanks to the staff you earned your 5 stars

Lovely shop, beautiful products of high standard but expensive but worth every sent. Good for all bedroom, bathroom, living room stuff. Curtains for the whole house and some pretty carpets for that really fine spot. Good variety
