Best place to buy material for your kitchen

To the Manager or the owner of the company.  Order number CE526  Please see the prof of payment been paid on the 20th of August, I have called on the Monday told them the payment been paid , follow up from the Friday on ward till now, Sales first say will be deliver on the Tuesday 31 of September and it didn’t happen, On the Thursday, there is 4 orders pushed in for be completed, so hang out order on side.  Our kitchen been done everything, now short of the piece from your company, everything have been delayed because of the poor service from Universal door and components.  So we are not an important costumer ??? How many orders been replaced again and leave our order on the side.  Disappointed, such bad customer service.

The door is well fix even though was some challenges but we manage to win that battle
