Horrible service,I have been asking for my certificate for over a year now with no luck,Honestly The worst of them all,I have a credit which no one is able to assist me with as well

As they say don't judge a book by it's cover, clearly they meant this institution, despite the good looks, this place is horrible: fees are mountain high, they have no timrtables, so we must make arrangments with a uneduacted lecturer who won't show up, no academic year planner, no proper student cards, if you haven't paid you can't receive the access cards although you've been attending, on the first week there is such a big mess since no body has a timetable and there is disturbance and disruption everywhere, they don't reply to emails, so unorganised, and for every small thing they want money and yet they don't use it to upgrade and organise themselves, no air-con, no projectors. This institution is disorganized,lacks leadership and is not service orientated.The department of higher education needs to review this "place", My experience with this branch has been frustrating, disappointing and aggravating. Communication simply does not exist. To have an employee put the phone down in my ear after a disagreement shows their level of maturity and how they treat students. There are a few gems, but overall I can't wait to graduate and be free from this institution. in conclusion, they like money but don't use the money for good.

Worse institution ever don't come here

Most definitely one of the worst colleges ever. Unhelpful staff and lecturers are uneducated. They only care about money don't make the mistake of registering at this bogus college.

My experience recently with damelin as a former student has been terrible with regards to their service. I am being sued for money that I do not owe and when I called to let them know, including sending many emails with my proof,nothing has been resolved instead I get countless messages and emails telling me that I have to pay. When I called I was told not to come to the campus and I will be called with regards to this matter and till today they haven't called me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go study at damelin

Damelin Braamfontein campus is terrible! For a private college you'd expect professional service and support but this institution does the exact opposite. Lecturers hardly attend classes, everyday felt like an utter waste being there. Some of the admin staff are extremely rude and do not know how to act in a professional manner. All the staff lack work ethics. The fees are so high yet they lie about their lift not working, they put signs to say it is out of order, yet staff are allowed to use it. admin staff do not have the bare resources like a pen for us to fill out forms. This institution is completely and utterly useless, do not waste your money and time registering there.

Worst college ever. I wouldn't advise any of my family members or friends to go there. Only risk takers can.

Such a poor work ethic as well as unfriendly staff. Most lecturers wouldn't attend classes. I've had many incidents where guys were being inappropriate with and towards me... Really makes you feel unsafe at your own campus. This branch honestly sucks. If you want to study at Damelin I would recommend looking at another branch with better service in Johannesburg.

I have been sent from pillar to post to get information about my submitted assignments. Surprisingly no one has come back to any of my e-mails or phone calls - in fact I can't even get through to Damelin on my phone anymore. And if you do, you wait approximately 15 minutes to be answered and then the call just hangs. As anyone can imagine this is very very frustrating and to wait 5-6 months for assignment results are just unacceptable. - How is one suppose to complete your studies in the allocated time if this is the service Damelin gives you??? And this after your fees have been paid in full, since the first month of registration.
