We have been trying since 3 o clock to speak to someone to give us a price on a part, I have been transfered to accounts and cut off, then to admin then cut off, to sales and cut off , I phoned 15 times and cut off when I got transfered since 3 pm a, I did not get any one to help me , this service experience is definitly the most furstrating experience.

John Deere in Angola luanda and Namibia otjiwarongo and south Africa boksburg are absolutely atrocious three years of asking for quotes from people still nothing I have visited in person all the places above, otjiwarongo three times boksburg twice and have not got a single bit of help or cost out of anyone boksburg tells me to go to delmas I am farming in Angola on the Okavango river and will not be wasting my time trying to get costs out of a substandard badly run badly managed circus I would not recommend any John Deere equipment in southern Africa to anyone
