Fast service, friendly staff, good chice of goods.

I hate going here, the staff are always rude to me and I never feel welcome, especially being an English person who struggles sometimes with Afrikaans. The only reason why I keep going back is that it is the nearest pharmacy to me, if there was another one close to me I would never step foot in here again. They deserve one star because at least they always have what I'm looking for, but I would never recommend it to anyone.

Had an awful experience with one of the pharmacy assistants, Jennifer. She was exceptionally rude to my wife and a poor old gentleman trying to get his script filled. Won't go back there again. It's a pity because the other staff members are so lovely to deal with.

I am a firm believer in second chances, that’s  why I didn’t complain the first time. This weekend I needed to get some anti-inflammatory medication for my mom, because she recently had a back operation.  I first asked the chemist if I could get a specific pill that I have used in the past, the lady replied saying you cannot get it without a prescription. I then asked if there is any similar medication, then a lady that was behind me screamed, just give her some. So she then proceeded and started asking for my details. She was extremely rude and at some point literally screamed at me! A few months back I also went to the same pharmacy, with a severe allergic reaction, I had a rash on my face and arms, very visibly and she asked me what kind of allergy medication I wanted, I was in extreme pain and by this time started to struggle with my breathing. I asked any kind and was also “helped” with the most rudeness. The only person that helped me that day was the red head cashier, she even went to get me a coke so I could take my meds. They will never see me again and if you can don’t go there.

I've only had horrible service here and I am not the only person. Unprofessional with their language and I am not sure if Pharmacists assistants know how wrong, careless and detrimental it is to give the wrong prescription dosages with different labels. Never going back.
