Good day I rate Reatlokomela Private Clinic with a 5 Star. The clinic is easy to locate no hustle. Feel secure while enquiring and most of the information is there displayed but both receptionists willing to clarify. Very welcoming receptionists Simon and Hazel. High standards on customer service. With a great Doctor Mpho. Who is the best to consult with, great platform for conversation. No room for judgment and highly attentive to details. Great medical clinic. Please do share your views after visiting.

I am not impressed with the service we received at this clinic. It was truly a disappointing experience. Their communication is appalling. After a procedure on Tuesday, patients were told to return on Thursday today no information was given as to taking care of the wound or managing after procedure. We had to ask. The assistants were running around to get info to us. We then resorted to WhatsApp communication and only then were we told that we would have to pay upon return on Thursday. On getting here, we are then told that there is an extra charge of R8 if swiping a card or alternatively we need to go to an ATM to withdraw. There is a huge sign upfront saying: NO CASH ACCEPTED. In my opinion, there should also be a sign stating that the fee includes an extra charge to swipe your card. The gentleman Kagiso was exceptionally rude and sarcastic in his approach with us. He also made comments about "R8 is nothing and he doesn't understand why I'm arguing over a mere R8". The issue is not the bank charge but rather the approach and his tone that was simply rude. Another gentleman walked in a few minutes after and was told the cost but Kagiso failed to mention the R8 chargr to this patient. When we brought this to his attention, he showed no care. This was our first experience at the clinic and we are very unwilling to go back. Credit goes to Samukelo, the lady assisting alongside the gentleman. She was indeed a pleasure and displayed an incredible level of understanding and maturity. She may be the ONLY reason to return and only with the condition that we are served by her. Please do better. People should be respected on basis of their status as humans first. R8 or R50, we paid and shouldn't be treated like garbage. If it's just R8 then surely he could've paid it.

The first time I went there was pregnant with my son and needed affordable private clinic.the service was out of this world.the sister makes you feel so comfortable. With my second pregnancy there was no doubt in my mind I will be using them. My overall experience was 10 Stars.I always recommend my friends and family to use them.been using them since 2017 and still happy with their services.

Had an amazing experience, environment so nice and welcoming felt like was homesister Martha so nice and warm shame. Place so cleanand the service is fast definitely recommend it. Even the girl who helped me open the file was so nice and patient you don't get that a lot. Keep it up guys!!! I give you 100 stars Sister Martha

The clinic is lovely, no long queues and it's clean. Went for my HIV test and the nurse there was kind. Their prizes are not bad really. It's just a little cramped but great overall.

The nurse that injects birth-control bores me. She made sure people that came to the clinic became aware of what I was there for. Highly unprofessional of her.

It's 8:3 and it's not open... The doctor is really she literally insulted me. The customer service is horrible I wish the staff can get more training about humanity and kindness..

The nurse there is very passionate about her job.She made me feel like I am important.I got value for money.
