Terrible driver! Today this car drove in front of me after it came out of Willows Estate. When I got to the Spar the lady driver came from the side where there's a stop sign for her but she didn't even slow down for it. I had to slow down in order not to hit her...when I hooted at her she looked as if I'm the crazy one...!? Hopefully they do business better than their drivers drive. @ your reply... So you think that I was far enough away for you to ignore a STOP sign? The fact that I had to slow down to avoid hitting you is enough evidence that I was close enough to hit you. And regardless, you didn't STOP at a STOP sign!!! Are you a Taxi driver? Do you not know what a STOP sign stands for? Hint, I wrote it in capital letters to make it easier for you to get...!?
First and last time i will ever take my babies there, upon arrival the lady did not even greet just jumped straight in with we are jam packed and you will have to wait, stuffed my pekingeses into the smallest cages and when i returnd 2 hours latet i witnessed my dog being tugged around by the groomer, all the lady wanted was when i am paying. I had to hold two of my dogs so they could just shave then without manhandling them. I am not impressed at all.
Love the staff, they're awesome! Just the charges are a lil steep. Otherwise good job
Absolutely love them, can immediately tell they are passionate about animals and take such good care of Emmie when she goes. She loves going there and comes home happy and looks perfect although she still won't sit for a good picture
My wife and I were looking for a grooming place for our dogs. We decided to try Paw Palace. I have a large breed German Shepard and a medium breed mixed Shepard dog. The groomer charged my wife for a giant breed dog. Which I am pretty sure giant breeds are among the great dogs. Like Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Irish Wolf Hound, Saint Bernard and so forth. My dogs do not have long hair as well. For the which we were charged. I have been going to groomers for a long time. Greed must have been the reason to charge us so much to take care of our pups. Last place we took them to, charged us 250 for the large breed and 200 for the medium. I wouldn’t have had a problem paying their exuberant pricing if they would have labelled my dogs as what they are and not upsizing them. I will never use their service again. I wouldn’t put it past these people to label a Yorkie as a medium breed dog just to make an extra bucks. We know things are tough with fuel prices and inflation, however all of us are in the same situation here. To gouge someone like this in unacceptable. I would give them a zero star if I could.
Delightful, friendly and professional service, my dog left there clean and happy. Definitely worth it.
I asked for a full house for my small breed dog and was charged R200 - I pick up my dog and all that was done was a shave, no wash, the nail cut was also half done and some of my dogs nails are ripped now - not very happy with this place, won’t be going again
Took our adopted girl to Paw Palace for the first time today. I have to admit that I was very nervous as I did not know how she was going to react. She was bathed and shaved without causing her any discomfort or stress. The facilities are impeccably clean and neat. The owner and staff are friendly and treat the animals with so much love and patience. Thank you so much! Ras family
Friendly service, dog was relaxed instead of frightened after the cut. Got loads of compliments for even coat trim. Highly recommended. Please call to book a time, but walkins also welcome.
