I hate this place .... my wife always gives the credit card a hiding when we visit..... but it's not difficult to see why. Clean, tidy, well stocked and appointed, pleasant and helpful staff ..... and I can get well distracted at the bicycle shop downstairs

Valencia Wholesalers is an amazing fabric store but much much more than that. The store is very well organised, staff is friendly but not pushy. The quality is great and pricing very fair. On the lower level you find household goods and a bike store. Safe and shaded parking on premises. Seattle coffee shop on premises - looks nice. And a little food truck selling Samosas also on premises.

They got plenty of fabric although I did not find the exact design I wanted, I got it in Discount in town by Bester street.

I love Valencia, they have really nice linen and towels and kitchen stuff. I love love love the little coffee shop, highly recommend the samosas and the ice coffee.

They sold my niece a sewing machine that did not have a power cable. Worst thing was that the power cable is not available in all the stores they said we would find it at after we contacted them, even the indian shops does not have it. Who sells a machine without a power cable and does not let the customers know where to definitely find it or at least sell the cable at their store.

Fair range of fabrics ,wool ,haberdashery and other linens and cotton .

The service is exceptional and the quality of linen is excellent. I don't go anywhere else.

I love going here. They probably have everything you'll ever need fro fabrics to knitting and crochet. Do yourself a favour and visit of you have hobbies or work in this industry.

Poor / No customer service. I asked the one black lady if she can show me where the toilets are for my 2 year old daughter. The black lady didn't even greet back or do any effort to assist me. I then decided to ask a other black lady for assistance to show me where the muslin fabric are so that I can get the stuff and go. I was shocked to know that the workers don't know their fabric. I was shown polly cotton and fennel. Clearly Valencia doesn't want to do business. I would advise customers to rather save your time and money and go somewhere else.
