I am the owner of Cyprus Construction Ltd and have been to several flooring suppliers and I can say this is the worst one. Gave me the wrong paint which ruined the flooring of one of my projects. Please be careful when shopping with these guys I have lost upwards of £10,000 because of their inexperience.
What a Pleaseant bunch of people really friendly and welcoming have a wide range of stock and 95 percent is in stock plus have a beautiful wood range all under one roof was very happy with this company and will be using them again would also be recommended

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I received a call that my tiles were ready for pickup. When I arrived the next day, no one knew anything about my order and they couldn’t find the tiles. They acted as if they couldn’t care less and just said “sorry, you’ll have to come back”, then went on to deal with other customers. In the end, I found the tiles myself. They were standing outside and had obviously been standing there all night as the boxes were soaked and coming apart. The manager, Mo Abdi, then proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude, aggressive and patronising when I questioned why there was one loose tile amongst the order I had been told that I had to order whole boxes and couldn’t order individual tiles. He asked me why I was “creating such a fuss over one tile?”. To put it in context, the tiles are very large and cost around £50 each. I feel that it’s probably reasonable to crate a “fuss” in that context. I left feeling very shaken and shocked. I would not recommend using this company, which is a shame as their selection of tiles is a good one. Follow up: the company has apologised and explained that this is not the level of customer service they endeavour to provide.
Not even worth 1 star! Absolutely terrible service, unprofessional aggressive staff with no manners, avoid at all costs. My husband bought over £3,000 worth of wall/floor tiles recently, one box unopened worth £30 needed to be returned as we did not need them. He was treated appallingly! Firstly, no one wanted to deal with him, when he did manage to speak to someone he was told to wait and speak to someone else. Another member of staff then opened the box and took out a chipped tile. He was then told that it is "company policy" not to accept returns!!! My husband asked to speak to the manager. He was promptly told that the manager could be from 20mins or up to an hours and he needed to wait. My husband waited for about 25mins. The manager told him that he manager would have to give him the money from his own pocket as the company has a no return policy!!! Before buying my husband had asked if the box could be returned if tiles were damaged inside as the boxes were sealed and he was unable to check. He was told that "its not a problem." Advice - Please check all tiles in the box before purchase to avoid any undue stress!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team here. I initially went in to get tiles then changed my mind to want wood and cancelled the delivery. I went back in and they took their time to talk me through the options, of which they had a very large selection, offer advice without being pushy and were very accommodating. The delivery was same day. Good advice and just an overall good experience. Floor not laid yet but will update with photo.
Excellent, friendly and helpfull staff. My Mum had come in for advice and they were so professional and kind. We ended up buying bathroom wall tiles and also a mirrorred boarder. Good work fellas!!
Big variety of tiles and floors the stuf always there to help specially Jan.
