Trying everyday to get my license card without success for almost a month. Some days "offline". Other day "no water". Other excuses are things like "loadshedding" and the only person that works with license cards leaves early all the time. They close at 15:00 but at 14:30 this person has already left. How difficult can it be for someone to just give me my lisence card. Ive never seen such a no care attitude in my life. Please just close the whole building and do everything by courier. Waste of space and waste of everyones time.

Scammers pretend they work there and help you with your car license disk renewal. These scammers know the people working behind the counters by name. He gives you an amount to pay that is twice the actual cost of the new disk, and insists you give the money to him.

I would like to inform you that there is Fraud Taking place at SEDIBENG LICENSE DEPARTMENT We are a Car Dealership and we do Rent to Own Vehicles We were informed that one of our Vehicles does not belong to our Company anymore The Change of Ownership has been done at SEDIBENG LICENSE DEPARTMENT on the 2022/08/11 @ 14h00 by PL XABA The Problem is we didn't request Change of ownership and Change of Ownership was DONE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL NATIS DOCUMENT AND SIGNED FORMS AND DOCUMENTS NEEDED ??????? Why does things like this take place Your URGENT ATTENTION AND FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Very busy office. Expect to spend your whole day. Staff realitively friendly. Open some Saterdays but confirm beforehand before taking the drive. Vendors taking photos for licenses are available

You go online to make a booking,but they don't exempt you from the line, security is not friendly at all. All my documents you can download from the Natis site was completed,but security wanted their forms to be completed. Please educate your people.

This is a great and well organised government branch that I have visited recently but they need to work on their queueing system and payment points. There is only one payment point for everything done in this huge branch and this delays clients. Please work on this soon.

Terrible service. Made an appointment for renewal of my driver's licence. Came prepared with all documentation including eye test. Was told to wait in one que. Waited for half an hour only to be told to wait in another que. Waiting still. Staff was unfriendly and rude. No help.

Do not even bother booking online - ONLINE BOOKINGS DO NOT EXIST!!!! Security staff and guy at the entrance by enquiries was super super friendly. As soon as you sit in the eye test at room 3 - staff with disgusting attitudes and very unfriendly. Afrikaans Gentleman who assisted with finger prints and finalization was awesome. African gent at the receipt section - friendly and super quick!!!! Some staff need a shake up - they give the rest a bad name!

I was there at 7am. Office was opened at 8:15 am, took me less than 10 minutes to get my disc renewed. The staff were friendly and very informative.

What's the point of making an appointment if they're just going to close at 14:00 and ignore you when said that your appointment is booked for 14:40. Stood in line for hours and it barely moved, just for the department to close at 14:00 is seriously unprofessional. Whoever the person was that said they are closed was incredibly rude, ignored my questions and just turned his back and walked away. You feel absolutely powerless, since you know there won't be any repercussions for his attitude towards people waiting in line.
