Great facilities, brilliant variety of classes that accommodate for all levels of experience and fitness. Awesome community between both staff and members. Ideal work station set up in the boost cafe coffee shop area. Velocity Sports lab is more than a gym, it's a community perusing a lifestyle and definitely one that you want to be a part of.

Really enjoy going to this gym to train in an excellent location. Good quality equipment, pleasant layout, excellent changeroom facilities, sauna and resistence pool. Everything one requires for a great uncrowded experience. Off peak membership works well for me. Can highly recommend the gym.

Coolest gym in Hilton. Us members are hoping no one else will find out about our awesome gym so we can hog the endless current pool, new circuit equipment, treadmills and classes to ourselves.
Wow...just wow. If you are looking for a gym in Hilton area then this is definitely it.Latest equipment all maintained and extremely clean.Indoor track has been built around the studio which is pretty cool .They also offer personal training and Base fit and they have a outdoor section should you want to work out in the fresh air. Velocity also has a currant pool which works well for muscle rehab
love this unique intimate vibey gym in Hilton. all new equipment, close to home, friendly staff. shampoo and deo in the lady's bathrooms. special.
