Terrible service. Being sent all over the place. They say I owe them money...more than three months now cannot get them to send me an invoice to pay. Hours on the phone. Not getting anywhere! This from a company that states they are committed to providing a good customer experience?

"The estimated hold time is one minute" - 10min into holding call cuts. Been trying to call them on 3 different numbers for the past 2 days. I guess they don't want my money

This is one of the most useless organisations that we have to deal with. Totally disinterested and incompetent. Stay away if you can.
