All competition Terms and Conditions:
1.This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of 18, except employees of Verimark Pty Ltd, their associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected to the promotion
2.This promotional competition is open from (mentioned in each competition post) and ends midnight (mentioned in each competition post) (“the closing time”). Any entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
3.The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
4.Winners will be selected randomly through electronic process by Verimark and will be notified via email within 1 Month of the selection having taken place. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in substitution.
5.All winners will be required to provide their names, valid ID numbers and contact details and to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize and will allow the store to take a photo of the winner with their prize to be used on Verimark’s Facebook page.
6.The promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents and promoters
7.In the event that the prize/s are/is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
8.Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
9.Neither Promoter and Verimark Pty Ltd, their promoters, agents and distribution nor any of its associated or subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
10. You understand that the prize will need to be collected from a Verimark store in South Africa.
11. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand you are providing your information to Verimark Pty Ltd and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of this competition.
