Dont buy anything electronic from these ripoff scams. They dont honour any of their warranties. They just lie and waste you time that they repaired it. The toggle still gets stuck. Serious scam amd ripoff.
Beside the fact that we all know the store opens at 9am ,i wait till past nine for the doors to open ,and to have the representatives look at me like i was insane ,no apology or excuse us for making you wait ,just pure disregard for curstomer satisfaction . This place used to be on point now ,the service is pathetic . Train your agents to stop running the store like its their own personal business.
The lack of communication and urgency in this is truly shocking.i see so many people available to help but only one person can help in such a loud environment
I love second hand camera and Laptops
Poor service I bought item there ,they give me 6 month warranty , within 2 month the item didn't work ,I return it to the store they told me that ,we can't help you ,we only cover some of the items in that item is was , surprised because when I bought it was never mentioned to me ,I asked to speak with the manager he didn't bother to come out only to send his lap. Dogs to cover for me
This franchise only accepts Apple products with iClouds erased - they are obviously therefore accepting stolen goods. An iCloud is a verified proof of identity matching one's ID. Anyone pawning an apple product without an iCloud account is patently suspicious. A big thumbs down for this store, deserves 0/5 for dealing in hot goods. I'm reporting this to the authorities. I hope you change your policy immediately to reject stolen goods before prosecution inevitably hounds you. Sies!
False advertising. I recommend going in store and checking out the product before buying. My mistake was buying online. I received actual pictures of the item but the specs were misleading.
Absolutely terrible experience, the workers blast speakers to the absolute max for no reasson at all, violating the property speakers, whilst damping our hearing...
We bought a brand new phone from Cash Crusaders Randburg branch and within the first 6 days the phone stopped working we took it back on the 8th day and was told it has to go for repairs and cannot be exchanged or refunded.......cool they send it in for repairs we told come back after 2 weeks if we not happy we get a refund or switch the phone for another mind you they then take the receipt away from us now and dont give us a copy of the receipt......we come back after 2 weeks still not fixed....they tell us come back the following week which is this week.....the phone has been used to hack into our social media accounts and bank accounts... when tracking the activity log its traced back to that same phone....we go In today to get the receipt and see the status of the phone repair and they are STILLLLLL not done and now are charging us a fee ontop of all the run around and inconvenience.....how can we resolve this issue ASAP please as this is incompetence and unprofessional on the highest level!!!
I have purchased a play station 4 at Randburg cash crusaders on the 10th of October. I have never used it as I kept a surprise for my son after writing his exam. On Wednesday the 25th we took it out for him to play it could not read the disc. I then returned it to the shop. The salesperson went on about it was working when I purchased it and they have tested it. On the day they did not even play the disc they inserted it and move whatever that was displayed on the screen being a person who never played this thing I was happy that it is working. When I returned I was told the manager is not there and the guys who can help is busy with cameras. until i decided to pack my stuff and leave. I must say that there was a guy who tried to assist but he knew nothing about play stations. he said he is more in musical instruments. i am not happy at as the product has not been used even once.
