Union Tiles

I am very happy with what we found. Quality products. But the sales lady left us alone. I feel she should hve travelled the search with us, and advise. Instead she did what new S.A. do. Go sit on a chair and wait for the customer to get back to her. But general, The company and its quality is good. Will go back.

Good range of tiles but customer service is non-existent. Walked the whole showroom without any offer of assistance. Prices don't seem better than competitor stores.

Great selection of tiles to fit every budget for your bathroom and flooring make over. The staff saved our shower project with a their great advice when it came to water proofing.

I have been using Union tikes on and off for some 20 years and am currently looking to retile my kitchen using some tikes I saw there

I have had a wonderful experience working with Ms Dudu at this location. Communication has been terrific and she was able to answer questions that the staff the Union Tiles main showroom couldn't.

On floor support was badly lacking and if you could find someone to assist they didn't have the required knowledge. This from 2 seperate visits to the store. However when I called the store to enquire about an item I wanted to purchase the lady who assisted called me back with the relevant information.
