Love the experience there but felt the gym is a bit small. Was disappointed that I called the gym and asked for the sales consultant to call back, only received a call 2 days later. Went in physically the next day received really good service. Joint membership for R380 a month really happy about that
Team 4h30 starting to run and train when the gym open there's cardio training schedule in the gum. Thered is Personal trainers etc....from VAW to comrades ultra marathon. Coach Malatjiewith ASA Level 2 coaching skills mentoring those wanting to achieve their goals......see you there
Large gym with a avarge price for club membership of R409 for 2019, they usually have promotions to encourage people joining, prices may decrease if you are a member of one of the partners such as discovery vitality. The gym is equipped with morden equipment, a cycle studio, open space studios, swimming pool, a club v where you can leave your kids 24months - 5year olds, steam rooms are available in the restrooms. There are personal trainers available at a price. There are a variety of classes available from aerobic, strenth to cardio and HIIT High Intense Interval Training, the classes are free but require booking as there is limited space available in the classes. The gym is usually crowded between 4pm-7pm during the week to the point where you might end up waiting up to +10 minutes to use equipment. Best option is to go there early mornings.
The worst branch. My contract is R323 but they kept deducting R380 worse part I did another membership then were debiting twice instead of cancelling the R380 membership
Very friendly staff, clean, large and open so if you want a workout,you can,if you want the "feeling" of training in the atest 1st class gym then go elsewhere. It is a training center with no frills. I have been visiting when on business since 2014 and the equipment is still the same, well used and well maintained however worn out as expect.
Worst service ever. Its like they where not trained at all. Got given wrong access card by the sales guy Phashe and got humiliated by the front lady Lerato as if I stole someone's card on my 1st day at the gym. After that when I requested for my access card fee back they demanded their promotional bag back and not even once did they apologize for me having to go the 6 times trying to resolve the matter. They pushed the days until I now was required to pay cancellation fee. Most horrible experience
This is an awesome place, the service is soooo great and the consultant and trainer's really know how to take care of clients.... The classes are amazingly great and enjoyable...
I go to this gym. It's okay I guess but it doesn't really offer more but then again I understand because the gym is small. I hate how crowded it gets especially now since it's been covid. The staff is always friendly and they are efficient too and not to forget how clean the bathrooms are .
Great place to work out, been going here for years. The staff is really nice and the personal trainers are great too, offers great classes although they get packed but if you book ahead of time you guaranteed a spot. Overall good gym with affordable fees
