Could be made more modern, as all the other VAs I've been to are so much more modern. But, our gym is also a lot bigger, so I get that it's not. Absolutely fantastic equipment, not confusing or cheap leather. Layout isn't confusing. People are so nice and helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love my gym.
I would not recommend joining this club. Most of the machines are broken and never gets fixed again, their bathrooms are so unhygienic and you'll encounter many drains thats blocked that will not get fixed. If you leave a complaint, it's not adhered to. Ask to speak to the club manager - never gets back to you.
Good and affordable gym its always following its great protocols and the workers there are so kind and always ready to help just that the equipments are old they need new equipments.
Love the atmosphere here.... hate fact that the water is always cold and they haven't fixed the shower door/slide since!! Besides that, the staff, super friendly and atmosphere is great here
Exercising is part of my life. Am actually addicted to it. It is always a pleasure for me to visit Virgin Active Gym. Please come and join me. It's more fun to gym with parters.
In serious need of maintenance. I strongly advise that potential new customers seek other gyms in the area or go to Virgin Active at Northridge mall. Equipment at Virgin Active Fichardtpark is constantly broken, does not get any attention. What is appalling is that trainers and staff don't advise general members on the proper way to use the equipment, the equipment gets mishandled by members who aren't educated.
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff ...has everything u need in a gym and more, swimming pool, steam room and a play room for the kids for those fitness parents
Friendly reception. Facilities amazing. Dressing rooms clean. Pool was available to swim and easily accessible from change rooms
Only 2 squat racks. Impossible to squat unless gym is empty. Not enough olympic bars for all benches and squat racks. 2 stars because it’s very clean.
My favorite place to be. Full of life yet so relaxing. Auqua aerobics, pilates classes and step. Awesome. Extra clean.
