Every single one of the 6 bikes is broken. The patrons that go here are the worst. They regularly think it is acceptable to leave bags occupying 2 machines while they use three machines at once and if you ask them about it, they look at you like you landed here from mars and it is totally acceptable to break the published rules of the club. Staff are nowhere to be seen. Total waste of a club. Shut it down.
I have visited all Virgin Active clubs in Sandton ,Midrand and Johannesburg. This one is the best. It has enough space, sufficient machines and more than 20 trademils. Classes are always on time and instructors are very helpful.
The gym is clean and fairly equipment. Definitely doesn't cater for the amount of members it has. Always full early morning or evenings. Has only one squat rack
Great gym and the baby pool is warm. My kids love it. Nice equipment too, fresh treadmills.
Love this Gym ..i just wish they could just fix tbe sauna! Also the equipment with tv screens ..if the manager could get someone in to tune them to the corrct tv stations
Nothing works at this gym, most of the cardio equipment is out of use and there has not been hot water for over a week. There is a clear lack of care for servicing equipment here
Most of the machines are damaged very few benches to work with. You cannot find weights and breaking into lockers
Well Waterfall is Waterfall the Crem de la crem without the calories. This Virgin active is just sooo on point , it has the level of The collection And Reds without the status. The steam rooms and sauna , the showers so beautifully designed , the big pool and baby pool, Club V, wide range of personal trainers Kauai , The lively reception staff the beautiful views while training ... what more could the aristocrats ask for? Everything just to the tee... You really get what you pay for in life and this is just an awesome reminder of how it feels to have everything in check.
Lovely setting: pleasant staff, the equipment is up to scratch and the group classes are nice. The club has a diverse clientele. You will fit right in whether a new or seasoned Virgin Active member.
I love exercising here, The Frontline staff are ever so welcoming and always willing to assist in anyway to make it an extraordinary experience!!!
