Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We signed a contract LAST year in October for fibre which included free installation . They then informed us they could not install fibre until this year and we needed it sooner so we requested to cancel the application they then phoned us to tell us they would give us WiFi in the mean time until fibre is installed. We waited 10 months for fiber to be installed. Now we are being told we have to pay the router and the installation fee. When it was THEIR fault it was installed nearly a year later ? We also struggled constantly with low speeds on WiFi.
It has been two months of uninterrupted wireless connection. Thanks VC... carry on like this and you'll be on 5 stars again soon.
Worst service ever always off but charge full fees ignore cancelation notices and still charges after cancelation rather go for fibre at a different company better speeds better service wayyy better hospitality than virtual coms
Extremely unprofessional. Our wifi was more off than on and they told us that due to all the issues we won't be involved for a full month. Only to get an invoice for a full month. I just believe that service and trust is not with them. If i could I would have given 0 stars.
internet bad speed been with them for over a year was good but the last 4 months bad bad bad cant get for what I pay for 12MB speed not constant up and down all the time.
Unrelaible wifi speed. Suppose to run @ 5mbs but only getting 2 - 3 mbs in the evenings!
Good reception,from the sales department,well informed of the service they render.
Tired of Internet going down every time it rains, windy.............
