With all of this there is also fantastic after sales support, even after hours. They keep me updated with outages in the area and you always know exactly what's happening and when. Brilliant customer service from the minute i called them. Very professional and very quick response. My wi-fi was installed within 3 days after made the initial contact. The installation was done professionally and really brilliant workmanship!! The follow-up and activation of the unit was done by a very professional person and he gave advice and answer all my questions to my satisfaction. And I just have to mention that, in spite of the loadshedding, I have never had a product failure on non-service in the time that I have been a customer of your!! Speed is never as they say it is if it rains the signal is lost and the after hours support is a bit blunt they must remember not every one is a “it”guy speak to me in my language don’t give me “it” slang and if I don’t understand don’t get frustrated learn to know your customers
