Worst customer service experience. Don't bother wasting your time going here for anything. I just spent 30 minutes waiting to be assisted bu technical team. There was not 1 person in technical yet it's 10:31 on a Tuesday morning. No one came to explain anything to me. Walked out unassisted still.
Received great service from Thandi and the team. Very patient and kind. Definitely recommend Thandi in the store for a helpful lady and kind service !
Experiencing horrendous service where they took my device for repairs and did nothing with it. Only after following up did they book it in and now insurance is declining the claim saying I brought it to the store too late. I've been at it with the same claim for 2 months now. I'm so disgusted by the lack of urgency and the lack of accountability. I should have driven to Sandton.
After having my phone stolen, I was in a desperate state to block my number as there are so many risks associated with an incident like this. Matthew noticed my sense of urgency as I arrived at the shop, and was absolutely fantastic! He assisted me immediately, offered to do everything that was necessary and the following day, set up my new phone too. He is a real asset to Vodacom. Thank you so much, Matthew. Linda
Booked a phone for repairs Was told that they would sms me in the event I need to pay for the repairs if it was out of warranty. 2 weeks later I call in to see what’s happening and they advise me that the phone is ready for collection. Luckily it was still under warranty so I did not need to pay. Upon arrival I get a ticket and I proceed to wait and as I wait I see a total of 16 employees in the shop but non of them seemed to be busy with what they were supposed to be doing except for the employees assisting customers to get contract and devices. After waiting a painful 20 minutes I was maybe the second customer in the store I asked one employee what was going on and how long I needed to wait and I was told I needed to wait for the one employee who deals with repair collections. That said employee was on his own mission doing admin work it seems while a customer was waiting for collection Only after speaking to one of the employees about what’s happening they realize that the screen that shows the queue numbers were off. I cannot understand how the employees were not willing to assist as if they were all busy. Managers are clearly not existent in this store or they’re just as lethargic and indecent as the fellow coworkers. Would never step foot in this store again.
I wish there was a zero star to rate the way Claudio the so called technician. I went in with my kids Huawei mate tabs to get the so called body glove it's supposed to protect it from scratches when dropped. I paid R698. The flipping plastic did not stick properly at all it had bubbles he told me after 2hrs all will be well but boom it got worse in less than 24 hrs. To add the cherry on top i go there for my refund he refused he says it's company policy to keep my money and he took the flipping plastics back. So basically I just paid R698 for walking into their store. This is unacceptable. I want my money back. .
This shop has so many people working in it but you still wait hours for help. They prioritize the sales and making money above customer care. Please do better.
Submitted my P30 Pro for repairs here based on the fact that they're listed as an approved Huawei repair shop. While they did take my phone, provide me with a quote and kept me updated at first, it turned out they misquoted because the phone main board was also faulty, and then when I go to collect the phone, the consultant spent 15 minutes figuring out what went on. Gives me the wrong feedback , and seems completely uninterested. Furthermore the phone still had the back cover open and unsealed. So the phone was effectively in a worse condition than when I handed it in. Again, consultant gave zero hoots. When I try to call the shop no one answers, and I have to wait until I get a message or physically go in. Rather go to the proper Huawei store.
We had excellent experience at Vodashop in Fourways Mall. But first we we went to Vodashop in Northwold, we received our ticket to upgrade our phones, but sadly the personnel were not interested in customers at all. There were four customers waiting in the queue before us when we entered the shop and after 20 minutes not one has been served. So we decided to go all the way to Fourways Mall...and glad we did. We received our ticket and immediately we were called to counter 7...we were helped by Leroy Hendricks...professional and friendly, and knowledgeable. I want to congratulate all the personal at Vodashop Fourways, thank you for great customer service....and Leroy hope Vodacom appreciate your efforts because any sales business will be happy with an employee like you. Thank you
Got recommended a Huawei phone for our contract and they refused to swap it out for a different brand even though Huawei doesn't allow Kakaotalk/Google apps to be installed without using illegitimate 3rd party apps. Their technicians said it was possible which is a lie. I don't know how they recommend a brand without knowing its shortcomings and even refuse to make reparations when the cause of this problem was their own ignorance and incompetence. The policies are designed to borderline scam you. Sabelo's the only helpful person there.
