If I could give negative star rating I would, they break more than they repair workshop, there's a specific lady who previously booked my vehicle wont name who outright refused to book my vehicle in again and made it seem like I do not have enough money to pay for my repairs and outright lied that there are no bookings available imagine chasing a client away after costing me an additional 18k worth of damage since my car left their workshop. My vehicle is at VW germiston, I have never smiled this much in my life and the invoice was settled with a smile because they fair, unbiased and provide the same treatment to everyone. You were warned!!

Brought my car in for a service on Saturday and later on that day my car started having problems. I took it back Monday Morning and it was fixed properly. I have been part of the Lindsay Saker VW Alberton family for the past 3 years from purchasing my car From Aubrey who has been a super hero to their service department u really are amazing Thank you...

Today was my first time dealing with this VW branch and being an Insurance broker i went through to assist a client. Arno from Lindsay Saker VW was such an amazing guy to deal with even though i was dealing with a vehicle on behalf of my client. I no longer own a VW but if i go back to the brand i will buy from Arno

The demand for sensitive, personal information, to qualify as your customer is outrageous. Update: All I wanted was a repair to a door handle. Cash client!

Saw a lekker special on Facebook for VW Polo Vivo service kits for R800 each. Called and spoke to Germain Koma. Awesome service from Germain as he made sure I did not drive 30km's for nothing. I got there and received everything and got a lekker further discount on a genuine petrol filter. Will continue buying parts from them provided the pricing is compatible and service is efficient as what I experienced with Germain.

Service Department is not as sterling as the Sales/Parts/Reception in treating/resolving customer needs. Took my new vehicle 3 times there already with unstatisfactory outcpmes

They only care about their sales and not the customer's satisfaction. I bought a new car only for it to be delivered with a 1/4 fuel. They don't even deserve a single star.

Was able to take my Polo Vivo for a service ,of which i struggled to take it in where i bought it Lindsay Saker Midrand ,as their shuttle cannot travel so far .

Went to collect a new vehicle, drove 3 hours...send home empty handed because I lost my ID yesterday. Sooo VW Financial Services: Sies man sies!!!
