Very bad customer service… bought a fridge and chest freezer on 19 Dec, promised me delivery on 24… after waiting the whole morning I called another endless mess…eventually got through to the right department after 5 attempts just to be told the fridge was not delivered from their warehouse. But was assured to be notified before the end of the day Sat, 24 dec. Obviously that didn’t happen… phoned again today… Monday, 26 Dec… To be told by Wednesday or Thursday… I’m leaving SA on Thursday… now, quite curious to see how long I’ll have to wait for my money to be refunded… ridiculous!!!!
Service very bad.My Laptop broke and I took it in to them,was still under warranty, said after 21 days I can come back and get refund.I went back after 21 days and they said I can't get refund,had to pay a quote of R1200 on the laptop so that they can fix it ,It has been 1 month and I still haven't received my laptop and I'm a University student.
No service nobody interested in walking the floor except security looking for thieves . I asked the security if their are any staff members maybe it's easier finding a thief than finding staff. Anyway that's the norm with Game mega shops nowdays if you dont like it take a hike! R1600 later thanks for coming and thanks for going. That's actually a panoramic picture I'm not sure if it will load correctly but shows no staff for 360 degrees

I only shop there when necessary. Staff can definitely learn more people skills. I hate it when my bags are checked as entering and when leaving - that's why I rather shop elsewhere. Never enough tellers open.
Friendly staff, quick service, clean shop, always nicely stocked. Managers available. I love the small Vredenburg mall, easy accessible from parking to shops of your choice. A Star for the developer.....The correct tiles used, not slippery and therefor extremely tiring. Trees planted in well thought out parking areas, which gives for a nice ambience. The design of the Mall is also good on the eye.
First time purchase at Game Vredenburg. It was not a good experience. Staff presented excuses and kept passing around the blame for what appeared to be non-performance. Eight days after the initial query no answer has been received inspite of numerous phone calls and a personal visit. Considering avoiding this branch if service is an expectation.
Solid Wal-Mart knockoff with a fairly good inventory of low end products. Limited selection I each section, but a wide variety of product sections. Pretty good shop if you can make it to cape town.
Tried all the local furniture shops. Not a big selection of fridges but when we got to GAME there were a lor to choose from and at a much lower price than anywhere else. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will recommend anyone to shop there.
