Very professional and thorough.  I want to particularly commend Ashley Sehume for his professionalism and great people skills. With his manner and knowledge he would make a really great service advisor! Katy was my service advisor that day and she too is very professional and pays attention to detail. Great in terms of sales and taking your money.  My wife and I paid over R730,000 for the new black edition T-Roc. We are now immigrating 4 months later so decided we needed to sell our vehicles. I fully expect to lose on a new vehicle however the first offer was a R200,000 loss on a 4 month old car with 3000 kms.  I then went back and negotiated with my Toyota Hilux as it needed to be sold, it was a loss on the VW but I could live with it. I did not want to sell my Toyota at that stage as we had a few more weeks to move and pack. They insisted I bring the car. So I did, sold my vehicle and as agreed, they would buy my wife’s car two weeks later.  Three days before we immigrate, they contact me to advise they cannot match the price they gave me as the 2023 T-Roc not the same vehicle with a R100,000 price difference is on special. Which has no bearing on the value of the black edition, again, not the same vehicle. I found it odd I needed to explain this to the DP.  Long story short, I have been left without a vehicle and now three days before the sale, after agreeing on the price. They will not give me the price of the vehicle leaving me without a choice and backing me into a corner. Highly unprofessional.  We had planned on getting two cars when we came back. A Touareg and an Amarok. VW will never see myself or my wife again. They have totally wasted my time, inconvenienced me without a vehicle during moving an immigration and dropped us at the last minute with an excuse, that does not relate to our vehicle. Incredibly frustrated, as they knew about the price weeks ago and did not inform me.  If you make an agreement. Honour it.

Most incompetent dealership I’ve ever come across. Took a whole month to get a number plate, my car had scratches they refused to fix. Didn’t want to pour petrol in the car. Took a whole month for them to send me my contract. They -also don’t reply emails. The tint they put on the car was coming off

This car dealership is terrible. Try your best to not conduct business here.  The only way I get assistance and support is when I go on hellopeter or google and give these guys a terrible review. And then they call me to remove the review.  The latest incident has been the wiper blades of the Polo 2022 I bought. The wipers that came with the car demo car with only 1000km on it do not work properly as they leave streaks and marks. I alerted them about this late October 2022. It is now 10 February 2023 and they refuse to issue me with new wiper blades. I visited VW Centurion Autohaus in December 2022 to see if they could help with this issue. They fitted new wiper blades that seemed to fix the problem. However, they couldn’t do exchange because I hadn’t officially booked for a car inspection and I would have to pay for the wiper blades. Paying for new wiper blades at this early stage, for a car this new seems extremely unfair to me.  I have been given the run-around by the lady over at VW Princes Benoni Marie Truter, for 4 months and I’ve had enough.

Great and friendly service just a bit slow helping clients

I am full of smiles. From the moment i enquired about my Audi A1 online, i called the dealership and was assisted by Aadil Khan, what a soul, from the beginning he already quoted me with different options on the car and sent me full pics of the car. I'm in Bloemfontein, its lockdown i cant go to joburg but he made sure that he sents me an upclose video all round of the car to the smallest chip on the windscreen to the rim, wow this guy... It felt like i went there personally and viewed the car myself, he even updated me on a daily basis on the process of the car. He made sure that im not left out. Now the cherry on top is that he even made it possible that the car got delivered to me this side on promised time. I got my car yesterday and i love it! He gave me the best best deal. May Aadil Khan be blessed and please keep it up. Dont do it only to me but to others too. You are very passionate about your job, May the Lord grand you with more years we still need you . I am definitely coming back to Princes VW Benoni for my second car and im definitely going to suggest it to people around me. Thanks a million
