I will not hire a car anywhere else than here. They call me by name, make it a point to pronounce it correctly and make it a personal transaction. Great service indeed

Bunch of thieves!!!, I swiped my card on the day of collecting the rental car, but the transaction did not show on my account statement. The consultant told me I would get a refund when I return the car in a good state it was when I took it. Recently, I returned the car, and was told I would receive the refund within a week. I got nothing, they're playing mind games, fooling us with porous and different explanations, but same company.
Good enough. Nothing wrong. You must have money in life regardless..
This was my third time renting from Avis rent a car, really Professional service, they gave me a brand new car with only 28kms on the odometer, I rented a car for a week hassle free, all in all a great experience.
