I want to take on a doctor for neglicence, its unacceptable to waste time of the case to work nearly 8 months, and Joubert don't talk to at once, and to scare to take money out for a guarantee case, My Prof say it was 100%guarantee now he listen two of the skelm Dr's he will not won the case of my weight, Prof Kelly did my operation with my weight, and then one of Joubert Dr Koos Louw operate on a woman which is half more fat then I, really he did not use experts, he use the two skelm Dr's nl Louw and Bezuidenhout for advice, he was just waisting our time let the incident is to late, his birthday was already gone, I won't trust him in my life, now the Prof gonno try a other step to put it again on the role, we still want answers after our appeal he not even sent it to us, give him minus 5

When a Road Accident Fund official recommended VZLR to manage my family member's RAF case, we were too traumatised, exhausted and desperate to question them. It was the biggest mistake we could have made. VZLR handled the case, settling for an unusually low compensation amount although the claimant was completely disabled and fully dependent on 24-hour care. The VZLR Trust Department then managed my family member's Road Accident Fund RAF Trust for several years before we terminated their trusteeship due increasingly unacceptable underperformance, poor management and careless use of RAF funds. VZLR's Trust Department and JustRAF Undertakings wing did not appear to be on top of their administrative affairs. They refused to address feedback in this regard. After repeated and escalating incidents of careless errors, disregard for the beneficiary 's welfare and the trustee's refusal to look into non-delivery of services by the trustee's appointed service provider funded by the RAF, remaining with VZLR was simply no longer an option. The VZLR Trust Department 's handling of this trust set the beneficiary back unnecessarily and unjustifiably depleted the trust capital. I would strongly caution any Road Accident Fund claimant against selecting VZLR as it's representative in their case against RAF, trust management or claims management through JustRAF Undertakings.
