Not sure how good they are with dogs but brought my pair of kittens for nail clipping. Absolutely traumatized and one kitty had blood and a heavily cut nail. To make matters worse, they did not even make us aware. Do not recommend for cats.

This is the best dog groomers ever. The aunty is super good at her job and the staff are always friendly .The uncle is super friendly. Our dog always comes home happy with his trim. Excellent service from this PROUDLY Durban institution.

I find the owners always friendly and take attention if I request a cut ect. My dog is always well looked after and hair cut appropriately.Unfortunately I can not comment on the state of the area where the animals are washed ect as it is blocked off .My dog is always happy when I collect her, confirmation to me that she had a good experience

Unreliable and full of excuses. Don't expect any service if it rains, and then expect to be put at the back of the queue. A word of advise to the owner...... Don't take on customers if they out of your area and you are unable to render your services until you have enough customers.

No issues here at all. Reasonably priced doggie grooming and my dog was bathed and his hair cut. No issues.
